Once Upon A Time, I
used to hand make each individual card I sold. As each drawing
could take hours (and often days/weeks), this wasn't a very successful way
to create affordable cards! So I decided to occasionally
organise limited print runs of some of my more popular designs to be
able to sell in packs here. (Each original drawing still can take
weeks to complete and is all hand drawn and hand coloured, usually in A4
size...). Then came the cards with a small sticker of a Sammy Nuttall
character or design, sold in packs.
Mid 2011 I decided to to
spend more time creating original art rather than arranging printing,
packing and posting my creations. I am pleased that a number of my
drawings, paintings and photographs can be ordered via my
redbubble
account. You order & pay for whatever you like via
redbubble, they
handle the payment, printing, packing and posting, you get your goodies
and they send me my share of the sale. This means that more of my
designs are available for you to buy, instead of me having a limited
range.
